The Weather Chatter Community's target audience is any male or female married or single over the age of fifteen years old who live in the region or are planning on visiting the region. The individuals within this target audience will have a household income of $30,000 or more. They will have an education level consisting of any where up to the level of a doctorate. They will have at least obtained a GED, its equivalent, or will have an education level through the current year they are attending in high school if they are younger. They will be computer literate or will at the very least be familiar with using a smart phone or tablet. The target users of weatherchattercommunity.com will be accessing the site through a desktop computer, table or smart phone device. The largest traffic for our site will come from smart phone users. The target audience will be interested in the weather, how the local weather will be affecting local events they are interested in, what current events are happening, or facts about the history of the regions.
